Enhanced Tools - extension capabilities of Kraft for Skyrim

This mod adds a few new recipes for crafting the forge, alter some tools.

List of changes:
The weight of all the bills and the axe is reduced to 1
The use of tanning machine and foundry now pumps "blacksmithing"
All kinds of arrows can be created in the smithy
Gold can be created in the forge (1500 coins of 1 gold nugget)
Lockpicks can be created in the forge (25 from 1 iron ingot)
