Buyer of stolen goods in Riftene for Skyrim

MOD adds to the game kadžita with ~ 100000 septimov who is willing to buy any stolen things, whether taken from someone's clothing/armor, jewels, or potions.
If you have in your inventory there is nothing stolen, if you try to call it will give out a replica of the normal kadžita-karavanŝika.
