Money v2.0 for Farming Simulator 2017

MOU "Money" v2.0 for Farming Simulator 17. The modification allows the player, without any effort to increase the number of in-game currency.
Management:
- increase the amount of money 1000000 - key combination LeftCtrl + Q
- reduce the amount of money 1000000 - shortcut LeftAlt + any key

Tested in game version 1.5.1
