SpinTiresMod v1.8 for Spintires MudRunner

SpinTiresMod for MudRunner. This modification expands the gaming experience.

Description:
- tested version of the game from 18.10.18
- support for tracked vehicles
- ability to disable/enable modifications
- ability to play on maps larger than 1x1 kilometer
- ability to scroll through the selection of cards
- option to disable file validation
- ability to limit frames in windowed mode
- option to not disable the operation of the headlights when you change vehicles
- ability to work the winch with the engine off transport
- the ability to increase the length of the winch up to 40 meters
- option to display the developer menu
- ability to display on mini-maps of places to move quickly
- option to enable menu of the polygon on any map

Changes:
- added support for game version from 18.10.18
- added the ability to change the radius of activity of physical objects
- on the mini-map in the list of machines reduced the font size and the spacing between the names
- changed the order of inclusion of additional features in the multiplayer, they should now be enabled for all players
- partial support of caterpillar equipment

Installation:
- modification can be installed in any folder, but the folder of the game
- modifications in the settings, you must specify the location of the folder with the established game
- the game can run as usual, the start button of the "MudRunner" in the modifications window is optional
