ETS 2: New wheels customization

It seems that SCS Software has decided to seriously work on improving their games. They shared with us new bucnh of details of the upcoming update for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. As we mentioned in our previous article, in the future update 1.23 for ETS 2 and 1.2 for ATS full Steam Workshop support will be added, but that isn't all! Another important new feature is the full customization of the truck wheels. Remember that just one year ago, the wheels in Euro Truck Simulator 2 were monolithic part of the truck, without the possibility of any customization, then this update will be a huge step forward.

The developers claim that they never liked the existing customization system. It was just too limited. The new custom wheels will become more variable, more flexible and, consequently, bring more fun! Now the wheels will be divided into several components: already existing in the game Tire and Disk, and a several new sub-components, namely Hubs, Hub Covers and Nuts.

Improved wheels customization will be available simultaneously for both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator with the release of the next update. Just drive to the nearest workshop and set the wheels of your truck at your choice - the variety of components is more than sufficient! And another little announcement: developers plan to release another small DLC that adds even more additional settings of the wheels, like painted parts, or components with an insane design.
