Minecraft National Championship winner

Minecraft National Championship
A sensation occurred on the world's first big Mincraft tournament - Minecraft National Championship, which is held under the aegis of the Super League Gaming. The winner was ten-year Julien Wiltshire from Los Angeles, who won more than a thousand of their rivals from all over the United States, many of whom were much older and more experienced.

Minecraft National Championship is a large tournament in which players from more than 40 American cities compete with each other, playing Minecraft game mods. The stages of the tournament took place in cinemas, the players took their seats in the auditorium and armed with laptops, fighting for the win in this one of a kind contest. Viewers could watch the course of the tournament, while looking at the screen of cinema, which displayed the whole scene. Ten years old Julien Wiltshire plays under the name SuperKraft11 together with his team and showed "creativity, critical thinking and teamwork". Notably that a ten year old boy was able to compete with a huge array of opponents, many of whom surpassed him in age and, correspondingly, in the experience. However, obviously not in the talent.

Lucky winner
For his victory SuperKraft11 received a scholarship of $5,000 and a commemorative certificate in a beautiful frame. His team also received a total scholarship of $10000. Can you imagine how heaven rose SuperKraft11 credibility in the eyes of peers? Tournament organizers stated that:

"Julien's skill, creativity and teamwork during this season was amazing to watch and we couldn't be happier to name him our first ever Minecraft National Champion … The league format teaches teamwork, sportsmanship, and other social skills; while playing Minecraft has proven to give kids an edge in math, science and computer technology."

The tournament participants
Super League Gaming is planning to launch the second season of the tournament starting from February, 2 and with even greater proportions. Next time they plan to hold it in 80 U.S. cities, with a large prize Fund and a large number of participants.
